3.1 Service – related Refunds:

  • Failed Service Delivery: If we fail to provide the promised services as described in the service agreement (e.g., property listings not being published within the agreed time frame, or significant errors in transaction matching), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the service fees paid, depending on the degree of non – performance.
  • Service Cancellation by Us: In the event that we cancel a service due to reasons attributable to us (such as technical failures that prevent service delivery), you will be entitled to a full refund of the relevant service fees.
    3.2 No – Eligibility Situations:
  • If you cancel a service due to your own change of mind after the service has already commenced, and there is no default on our part, no refund will be provided.
  • For transactions where you have already entered into a legally binding agreement with a third – party (e.g., a property purchase or lease contract with a landlord/tenant), any disputes regarding the property itself shall be resolved directly between you and the relevant third – party, and are not subject to this Policy.
